The success potential depends on one's ability to work hard with full concentration toward his/her  set goals. No one can just be successful without a lay down Principle.
The Principle include:
1.Determination: every successful personnel must have the quality of being determined to focus on anything he has engaged in.He keeps going no matter what he encounter on the road of achieving his dream.
His motto is always"determination is the key to success".He faces all the abortive agent he encounter on the road to his success.
2.Concentration: for you to succeed you have to concentrate on whatever you do.There is no way you can succeed in life if you have no direction. You have to know that anywhere is nowhere.You must concentrate toward your mission of making it without looking sideways. You need not to be type of people that engaged themselves in many different things.lack of concentration can make someone unable to reach peak of his mission of making it.There is no way you can be a doctor,lawyer, business man,etc.,at the same time.
3.optimism: for you to be successful you need to have the mindset of possibilities.you need to believe in yourself. Negative mindset is not a quality of a winner.
4.Risk taking: To be successful you need to embrace all Risk.you will risk many things by the side to be successful man.you must have the mindset of "I will make it".
