3.optimism: for you to be successful you need to have the mindset of possibilities.you need to believe in yourself. Negative mindset is not a quality of a winner.
4.Risk taking: To be successful you need to embrace all Risk.you will risk many things by the side to be successful man.you must have the mindset of "I will make it".
